R&B singer Trey Songz has been talking to Drake about how they might work together in the future and has also given us an idea about the business side of music.

In an interview with Vibe magazine, Songz talks about how Drake doesn't push his ability to sing on his fans

He said: "Drake's already created a lane for himself as a singer. Although he really doesn't accentuate that part of him in the forefront of his shows or things like that, I think, at this point, (but) he's very smart and very calculated. He'll figure out how to do it."

Songz also talked about working with Drake, but he said that the timing isn't right for the pair to team up at the moment.

The singer said: "He said he's ready for a duet album. I think it's all about when the people want it, I don't think people are ready for that yet. It's all about placement. We could be much bigger stars when we do that. It's all about the success we attain individually."

Songz gave a glimpse into the reality of being a pin-up for the ladies, by not being able to cut his hair until he had established his brand and became popular enough.

He explained about cutting off his braids: "It was a decision for my life more so than my music. It was something that I had always wanted to do, but for my first two albums, it was about branding and it was about imagery."
