An Oklahoma man tried to avoid DUI charges by claiming he can’t see. According to NewsOn6.com, Bartesville resident Mark Watson was arrested early Monday morning after he was allegedly involved in a hit and run. While being questioned by police, Watson reportedly refused to take a breathalyzer test saying, quote, “I ain’t taking no tests. I’m drunk. I’m blind anyways and I can’t drive.” Watson was subsequently arrested after he allegedly kicked an officer. Things only got worse for the 41-year-old, as he reportedly showed up drunk to his court appearance. Watson is now facing numerous charges including DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and assault on a police officer.
