Christina Milian Takes Her Baby Violet To The Park


Christina Milian was pictured out with her baby daughter Violet playing in the park yesterday afternoon in Los Angelese.

The singer, who recently split from Violet's father The-Dream was seen looking absolutely stunning in her maxi-dress pushing her little tot on the swings.

Milian and her seven-month-old babe were enjoying the sunshine after they went to a party to celebrate the first birthday of one of a friend's daughter.

The 'Dip It Low' singer has just celebrated her 29th birthday but we think you'll agree that she is looking fabulous and we hope she gets back in the music game soon!

Serena Williams Shows Support For Christina Milian


Serena Williams is going through a tough time at the minute - she recently underwent foot surgery which she is still recovering from. It is still unclear whether the tennis champion will be able to take part in the US Open this season.

But, Williams still managed to show another sister some love - by supporting R&B singer Christina Milian, who is currently in a divorce battle with her soon-to-be ex-husband The-Dream.

Williams was rumoured to have also split from her long-term partner Common a matter of months ago. But, the pair didn't let their love lives stop them from smiling last night as they were pictured dining at Madeo in Beverly Hills.

Doesn't Christina Milian look massively over-dressed in comparison to Serena? But, we forgive her right? It's like two-fingers up at her supposed cheating husband!!

Christina Milian Says The-Dream Is A Cheat


Christina Milian is claiming that she was tricked into signing divorce papers in the weeks leading up to the birth of their daughter Violet - she says that her soon-to-be ex-husband The-Dream lied about the status of their relationship and that he was also unfaithful to her.

The 'Dip It Low' singer is fuming that producer The-Dream claimed that they were legally separated in February when he filed the papers which was just over a week before their daughter was born, according to TMZ.

Milian has filed a legal response to the divorce proceedings and she says that the marriage was not over when The-Dream - real name Terius Nash - filed for divorce and that they had "marital relations on numerous occasions."

The singer said that if the divorce is granted - it should not be based on Nash's claims that the marriage was "irretrievably broken" but because he was cheating on her.

Milian also states that she has signed a settlement agreement which says that both parties don't get any pay-out or share of the other party's possession or cash. But the singer claims that she signed the papers because her husband had brought them to her at 9 months pregnant when she wasn't in a state to sign such documents.

Wow - this is going to be one helluva messy divorce

The-Dream Filed For Divorce Days Before Birth Of Daughter


Despite only announcing their separation this month, The-Dream actually filed for divorce from singer Christina Milian in February - just days before their daughter was born.

The divorce procedures officially began on 17th February and Milian gave birth to daughter Violet on 26th February.

They announced their separation earlier this month and cited irreconcilable difference. But, this was after pictures of The-Dream enjoying himself on the beach with another woman were circulated around the world.

TMZ reported that the documents show that The-Dream initiated proceedings as the marriage was "irretrievably broken".

The Dream: I Tried to Kill Myself After Breakup









The-Dream says that he attempted suicide in the wake of his "failing" marriage to Christina Milian. In a lengthy blog post Friday, the music producer (real name:Terius Nash), 32, opens up about his sudden split from Milian, 28.




The couple wed in a quickie ceremony in September, with a lavish Rome ceremony in December. They welcomed daughter Violet in March. But on July 10, a photo surfaced of The-Dream, 32, nuzzling his assistant in the Caribbean; that same day, a rep claimed the spouses had separated late last year.




I've cried about this for months, after interviews, after prayer and I've tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming," Nash writes. "This is not to justify anything, it's true emotion! It's a real thing that involves real people!"




While he declines to go into specifics about their marital problems, he says, "It's easy to say that it's because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT'S NOT."




"I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile," Nash writes. "I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me




knows that! There was so much going on in me and Christina's personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing."




He continues: "I am Human and people fall in and out of Love all the time... This is Life & Nothing's promised or perfect, neither am I. I am not proud that I lost something we once had...LOVE!"




"I'm sorry for the embarrassment to everyone involved! If there's anyone to blame and you can't fathom this happening, please blame me and me alone for not being upfront! Even though we were trying to overcome personal things between us, I was just simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we WERE FAILING and HAVE NOW FAILED!"




So far, Christina Milian hasn't addressed her ex's recent blog post. On July 12, she tweeted, "Whatever you think, believe it." As recently as late June, she referred to her husband as "my boo."

The Dream releases an open apology to Christina Milian



The-Dream admits his marriage to Christina Milian isn't just on the rocks, it's over – and they "failed."

"Even though we were trying to overcome personal things between us, I was just simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we WERE FAILING and HAVE NOW FAILED!" the rapper-producer, 32, writes on his Web site.

"If there's anyone to blame," he writes, "please blame me and me alone for not being upfront!"

After photos surfaced of him with his female assistant on a Caribbean vacation, Milian, 28, mom to their 5-month-old daughter Violet, Tweeted: "Whatever you think, believe it."

Though he says he would "love to tell the truth as to why" the couple's 10-month marriage wasn't successful, "that is between me and Christina. It's easy to say that it's because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT'S NOT," he writes.

Recalling the troubles in the relationship, The-Dream (real name: Terius Nash) says he cried for months, prayed and even "tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming."

Still, as he was reminded by his mother, "I am not Superman and its okay to lose sometimes," he says, before signing off with, "Everything will be fine!"
