The Jackson family has heavily disputed that the voice to be heard on the album, and even on “Breaking News,” is not that of Michael. They believe the voice being claimed as Michael’s is in fact producer Eddie Cascio or an impersonator. So, what do you think? Is it Michael or not?

A quick snippet of new material from Michael Jackson was recently released on his official website. “Breaking News” will debut in full on Monday and is set to be featured on Michael, the first posthumous album from the pop icon. Look for the album to be in stores on December 14 and take a listen to the song preview below.

Michael Jackson's estate have shown that the late King of Pop managed to accumulate tens of millions of debt before his death in June last year according to legal documents.
But the executors of Jackson's estate have managed to successfully turn around his finances by generating revenue from merchandise and restructuring his debt, according to papers obtained by TMZ.
The documentary made from the footage recorded during rehearsals for Jackson's O2 shows formed 'This Is It' which the documents show made $260 million last year.
Further revenue was made from the renegotiation of his royalty agreements and also releasing his 'This Is It' album which sold five million copies last year. This makes it the third biggest selling album of the year.

Snoop Dogg was one of several people to pay tribute to Michael Jackson Sunday on what would’ve been the King of Pop’s 52ndbirthday.
The California emcee took the stage at Spike Lee’s annual “Brooklyn Loves Michael Jackson” event in Prospect Park. While there, the rapper donned a glittery glove and performed his take on MJ’s “Butterflies” and various other tracks.
He tells the NYDailyNews,
“Right now it’s about Michael Jackson, us celebrating and keeping his spirit alive.”

Black Eyed Pea's front man Will.i.am has slammed the rails against new Michael Jackson album plans which is likely to see the record released in November this year.
Will.i.am, who worked with the King of Pop on the Thriller re-release a few years ago says that it shouldn't be made public because Jackson wouldn't have wanted it that way.
The musician told Associated Press news agency: "How you gonna release Michael Jackson when Michael Jackson ain't here to bless it?"
As the pair worked together, will.i.am was very aware of Jackson's desire for perfection.
will.i.am said: "He was a perfectionist and he wouldn't have wanted it that way.

"I don't think that should ever come out. Now that he is not part of the process, what are they doing? Why would you put a record out like that? Because he was a friend of mine, I just think that's disrespectful.
"What's wrong with what he already contributed to the world?
The album is likely to be released by Sony in November (in time for Christmas!)
Michael Jackson's former manager has already revealed what the album will include in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine earlier this week. Frank DiLeo said there will be 10 never-heard-before tracks which were taken from at least 100 songs that are in Jackson's archive. He said: "There are a couple of songs we recorded for the Bad album that we had to cut that are just sensational."

The woman claiming to be Michael Jackson's illegitimate daughter is getting shut out by the woman she claims is her mother, Diana Ross's sister - Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee.
Speaking to TMZ, Dr. Ross-Lee said that Mocienne Petit Jackson "is not my daughter" and she also added that Petit Jackson is "delusion" and that the situation is incredibly "bizarre".
Diana Ross's sister also adds that the story can't be true because if Petit Jackson was conceived in 1975 as she claims, then it would be impossible as Ross-Lee hadn't even met the King of Pop.
Dr. Ross-Lee also added that she recalls a time when Petit Jackson "was really harassing me at my office", and this led to the police being called. She does however say that she responded to Petit Jackson's email a few years ago, but told her that she was mistaken and she wished her well.
According to TMZ, Petit Jackson has filed legal documents asking for the court to grant her a DNA test to prove that she is Michael Jackson's daughter.
Randy Jackson, one of Michael Jackson's brother has said the situation "sounds kinda crazy."
Wowza. Can't wait to hear court judgement on this one

Some wannabe gambling tycoons have just opened an unauthorized Michael Jackson Casino online and TMZ has learned the real MJ Estate is ready to declare casino war in order to shut 'em down.
The gambling site, which features everything from poker to baccarat, features MJ's image and a message on the home page that reads, "The King of Pop is proud to bring you the most exciting Vegas style online casino betting experience on the Net!"
Problem is the estate claims never gave the online casino the green light to use any of their trademarks ... and now Howard Weitzman, the attorney for Michael Jackson's estate, tells us he will, "take whatever legal actions are necessary to shut this operation down.”
Talk about a bad bet.

They will never, I repeat never let this man rest in peace. There will always be some Michael Jackson rumor or some person surfacing that claimed that he had sex with them or he slapped them and now they want to get paid. The foolishness will never end for him even in death.
According to TMZ, A woman who claims to be Michael Jackson’s illegitimate love child — conceived when MJ was a minor — has filed legal documents claiming there was a diabolical plot to cover up her existence … involving murder, abduction and Diana Ross’ sister.
The alleged MJ spawn — Mocienne Petit Jackson — has filed documents with L.A. County Superior Court claiming she will surely be in line for a serious inheritance check … if a judge will give the go-ahead on a DNA test. MPJ claims back in 1975, 17-year-old Michael Jackson secretly impregnated her mother Barbara … who happens to be Diana Ross’ sister.
MPJ claims when she was 9 years old, Katherine Jackson hatched a plan to “abduct” MPJ and send her to Belgium to protect Michael’s “reputation.” She claims all 7 of her abductors were later murdered. Now MPJ who currently lives in the Netherlands has decided to come forward with her story … so she can “formally claim my part of my father’s inheritance.” She also wants custody of MJ’s kids so she can give them a “more normal life.” MPJ also claims she was diagnosed with Vitiligo.
Michael Jackson was a cash cow when he was alive. He spent his life being used by his Father and sometimes other members of his family. In death he is still that same vessel for fame and opportunity. How many times is someone going to come forth claiming to be the love child of MJ and some other unknown woman? Do these people have any shame? What happens when the blood test is done and it turns out you were lying? The boldness of these people who not only want to tarnish a dead man’s name but also further confuse his children who I’m sure have seen and gone through enough madness for two lifetimes.
MJ could very well have had some secrets that the general public was not aware of. I do not think he was a Saint. However some of the stories that have developed since his passing are becoming more and more unrealistic. The idea that Katherine Jackson hired a hit man of sorts to prevent the truth from being revealed is ridiculous in itself. Honestly, I want us all to let the man rest in peace. Everyone from his family to strangers should stop trying to think of ways to make money from a famous dead man. I realize that this will probably never happen.

What do you think? Does this woman story have any validity? Could Michael Jackson have any deep dark secrets that the fans or family are not privy to?

TMZ has learned Brian Oxman, Joe's lawyer, will file two complaints with government agencies -- alleging AEG abused Jackson in a way that led to his death.Sources tell us ... Oxman plans to lodge a complaint with the United States Attorney General, alleging AEG violated the Americans with Disabilities Act. Specifically, we're told Oxman's theory is that AEG knew Michael was a drug addict and was effectively disabled, yet he was pressured to keep a grueling and dangerous work schedule to prepare for the London concerts.
We're also told Oxman plans to file a complaint with the Medical Board of California, alleging AEG was dictating Michael's medical treatment to the point it became the unauthorized practice of medicine.
Sources say Oxman will soon file a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray, alleging he was responsible for Michael Jackson's death. We're told Oxman will not name AEG when he files, but may add the company as a defendant if the discovery process unearths evidence that AEG is culpable.
Attorney Charles Peckham, Dr. Murray's lawyer, would not confirm the story, but tells TMZ, "Mr. Oxman has some questions with regard to AEG's participation in the last days of Michael Jackson's life and he should ask those questions."
We spoke with Michael Roth from AEG, who had no immediate comment.
UPDATE: Brian Oxman tells TMZ the complaints with the Attorney General and the Medical Board of California will both be filed before the anniversary of Michael's death -- June 25.
