Lamar Odom is suing his children’s mother Liza Morales over visitation and support of their two kids.The LA Laker star filed a petition in Manhattan Supreme Court on November 5, asking a judge to to set a “parental access schedule” and “reasonable child support,” the New York Post is reporting.

Morales is fighting back, she told The Post that Lamar, who married Khloe Kardashian 14 months ago, “basically checked out as a father four years ago.”

Odom and Morales, who never married had three children. Their youngest Jayden, died from SIDS in 2006 when he was just six months-old. The couple’s relationship was already on the brink, but the tragic death tore them apart for good.

Morales learned of Lamar’s plans to marry Khloe via a text message where he said he wanted the kids to attend.

Khloe Kardashian has revealed her disappointment at not getting pregnant as she says that she is ready to have children with her husband of one year Lamar Odom.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' reality star married the LA Lakers player last September and have been trying ever since.

In an interview with Life & Style magazine, the 26-year-old said: "I thought I'd be pregnant by now. We've been working at it all year."

The reality star has also said: "Getting pregnant is much harder than we thought - but practising making babies is amazing!"

Basketball star Odom reportedly hopes that the couple will be having twins after he purchased a fertility monitor to help with the baby-making.

Khloe Kardashian let everyone know she had a jealous streak when she stormed out of a party after seeing her husband and sport star, Lemar Odom talking to a group of girls.

RadarOnline report that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and Lemar were celebrating Basketball's Team USA's win over France at the Juliet Supper Club.

But when groups of girls kept comming over to talk to Lemar, Khole saw red and walked out.A source revealed: “Women kept stopping by the table to say hi to the guys...I overheard Khloe cursing Lamar out for being ‘too friendly'.

“After only 10 minutes, Khloe’s jealousy got the best of her and she stormed out....But Lamar didn’t really seem bothered when she left.."

The source continued, “He ordered two more bottles of liquor and stayed with his buddies for a few more hours before heading out.”
