You can call him the Man with the Million Dollar Mane. Pittsburgh Steeler All-Pro Safety Troy Polamalu has had his locks insured with Lloyds of London for $1 Million.
But there’s a product tie-in on the insurance: Polamalu endorses Head & Shoulders shampoo, whose parent company sought the policy.
“They’ve created the first ever insurance policy to protect his iconic mane for the entire NFL season,” Procter & Gamble said in a statement.
He’s not the first celebrity to have a body part insured.
