The much talked about and somewhat controversial film Winnie, based on the lives of Winnie and Nelson Mandela, is nearing its theater debut and a trailer for the movie has been released. Winnie stars singer and Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson as Winnie Mandela and Oscar nominee Terrence Howard as Nelson Mandela. The movie traces the life of Winnie before her marriage to Mandela, their relationship, and her experiences in apartheid South Africa while her husband was serving a life long jail sentence.
