The latest issue of Complex magazine shows Kelly Rowland at her very best, without the semi-naked shots taking away from her beauty or integrity as an artist - Rowland has managed to pull off a graceful, sexy shoot.

But the singer, who is experiencing better success in Europe than her native US, has also hinted as to why she can't hold on to a man.

In the interview Rowland explains that when she's dating, she becomes "so dominant" and she thinks that's what has the men running for the hills and they don't come back for a second date.

She explains: "As a matter of fact, because I am so dominant and I am a control freak, I would go out on dates, order, pull out my own chair, and I would never see that guy again."

The 'Commander' hitmaker also talks about what she thinks is attractive: "I think it’s incredibly sexy when a man is just a man. From his walk to the way he talks and the way he carries himself. It’s not even swag—that word is so old—it’s just about having that…thang. It’s got to be so right. They are so cute when they have a smile and that makes it even sexier to me. A smile is everything."
