R&B singer Ciara has been touched by the death of the American teenager who was revealed to be gay via the internet.
The student, Tyler Clementi, 18, apparently committed suicide after he was outted by his roommate, by filming Clementi having sex with another man live via iChat.
As the world digests the incident, the singer along with LaLa Vazquez decided to film a tribute to fans and teens worldwide via youtube who are having difficulty dealing with their sexuality.
In the video, Ciara sais: "You gotta know that your life is in your hands. You determine your destiny. You're in total control. You determine where things can go - where they can start, where they can stop. It starts with you, and it really does get better."
