Bun has confirmed via his Twitter account that he will be an assistant professor at Rice University (Houston, Texas) for the upcoming school semester.
Today Bun proudly announced,
“Co-teaching Hip Hop and Religious Studies at Rice University this spring! Undergrads enroll!”
The rapper also offered this picture of his spiffy new employee ID.
In a recent interview with XXL, Bun B talked about his possible teaching gig and mulled over his plans saying he will have a box on his desk for demos and relaying,
“I will be looking to see who’s in class everyday; you may get priority for perfect attendance. Pay attention to me, I’ma pay attention to you.”
