Man Sued For Posing As Drake And Lil Wayne's Manager


A man is being sued for posing as Lil Wayne and Drake's manager and scamming thousands of dollars out of promotors, according to reports.

Joey Turner Jr. from Wisconsin has had the complaint filed against him by Eagles Entertainment Inc. as he pretended to be Cortez Bryant so he could book the 'Over' rapper.

Turner tried to book Drake for a show in his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Allegedly posing as Eagle Entertainment, he told them that Drake was asking for $90,000 and took $9,000 as a deposit for the show which was due to take place on 1st September.

Eagles Entertainment claim in the lawsuit: "In making his statements the defendant knew that the statements and misrepresentations of defendant were in fact false and intentionally fraudulent."

The company are now asking for $27,000 in damages, and legal costs.
