New York City officials are looking to sue Sean 'Diddy' Combs after they claim that Diddy's company, Bad Boy Entertainment, has illegally plastered posters around the city leaving it with a $996,000 bill that hasn't been paid.
In a report by the New York Daily News, David Frankel finance commissioner is annoyed at the debt that the city has because of the mess. Diddy's company is just one of a number of residents that are being investigated.
Frankel told NYDN: "We are going to find these people. We're going to turn them upside down by their ankles and we're going to shake them until the money comes out of their pockets."
But a representative for Bad Boy has said that the bill is a "bureaucratic error", and that it was "paid by a partner company three years ago but the city hasn't updated the record."

Now the city's lawyers are reviewing the case according to a spokesperson.
