Lindsay began her birthday celebration (July 1) in Los Angeles hot spot, “Voyeur”. She was accompanied by ex-boy toy Doug Reinhardt. LiLo got into a heated battle with her waitress and tweeted out:

"A waitress just hit me, punched me for no reason."

Damn! The waitress got jealous because she allegedly had history with Doug Reinhardt.
