R.Kelly hopes his new official World Cup anthem song "Sign of a Victory" can inspire people much like his signature song, "I believe I can Fly."

R.Kelly recently said in an interview, "It's definitely no doubt a humanity song and I'm hoping everybody feels the same way when they hear it," he said. "Hoping they can be as touched by it as I was when I heard it in my head."
