Jazze Pha Has Lost 25 lbs In Four Weeks!
Jazze Pha and Kenya Crooks have been going at this thing hard 3 to 4 times a week for an hour and a half a day. Jazze states ‘He is having me do things I’ve never done before. At first, I didn’t think I could do some of the moves, but the more I tried, the better I got. Now I can do all moves without thinking about it. I’m excited about getting to the next level, the 50lbs mark. It seems second nature to me now.’
‘Anybody can lose weight if they set their mind to it. My schedule is crazy. I could be in Houston one day… in New York the next. I’ve found that when I stick to the plan, no matter how hectic life is, I still have to maintain my focus and workout. I’ve lost 25lbs in one month. Oh boy! If can do it with my schedule you can do it too!’ says Jazze.
Every one is encouraged to take the weight loss challenge. People are dying for no reason. Obesity is something we have to control or its going to kill our community. The number one killer of African American women is Cardiovascular Disease. Men lie. Women lie. Numbers don’t.
