Gossip Girl star Chase Crawford's marijuana case is in the Collin County, TX District Attorney's hand. The D.A. will decide whether or not to press charges.
TMZ first reported that Chase was arrested on June 4 outside of a pub in Plano, TX after cops said the actor was in possession of weed. At that time, sources said one unlit joint was found inside of a car Chase was in with a friend.
Chase was booked on one count of possession of less than two ounces of marijuana, which is a misdemeanor. The maximum penalty he can receive is 6 months in jail if the D.A. decides to press charges.
