Yesterday it was announced that Katy Perry will host and perform at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards. Well, today it was announced that Britney Spears and Miley Cyrus are lined up.
Last year Miley honored Britney. Who knows what they will be doing this year...
The bigger question is.... Is Britney prepping for a new album? She doesn't normally make appearances just to be doing it.
