While Usher and Tameka Foster officially divorced in November, they were still legally married (and together) when Usher started dating former Def Jam exec Grace Miguel. And Usher is clearly continuing his pattern of quickly marrying an older woman and getting her impregnated sooner than he can say “Daddy’s Home.”

This past Sunday, Usher was caught in Atlanta’s Piedmont Park with his two sons, Naviyd and “Cinco”, and Grace. When the two were asked to pose for a picture, they both turned and moved very quickly from the cameras. Experts still hope to close a stuck valve that's let oil flow into the Gulf of Mexico for more than a week. But if those efforts fail, the next-best plans will take weeks more to stop the flow, officials say.

The undersea oil well, following a drilling rig's April 20 explosion 50 miles off Louisiana's coast, is spewing up to 210,000 gallons of light sweet crude a day into the Gulf, officials say.

Eleven workers from the rig are missing and presumed dead.

Part of the Gulf Coast was bracing for oily water to reach shore early Friday.

BP, the well's majority owner, has been trying to stop the flow by using remote-controlled submarines to activate a valve atop the well. But the valve, known as a blowout preventer, is not working.

A stopgap plan -- putting a chamber over the well area and sending the oil to a ship -- is unproven at that depth and could take four weeks before it's ready. And the ultimate plan -- drilling a different well to access the first and close it with concrete -- could take three months. Meanwhile, efforts to contain the spill and stop the leak are costing the well's owners about $6 million per day, BP says.

As the old burrito saying goes -- whomever smelt it, imagined it.

Okay, maybe that's not really a saying. But it's what Kim Kardashian is insisting after media reports that her "giant burrito" made a recent First Class flight "odoriferous." Kardashian has attempted to clear the air on her personal blog.

Kardashian makes a defense that's pretty airtight. 1) She "absolutely hate(s) burritos." 2) She has never brought "Mexican food on a plane."

Case closed on this unless someone brings security footage of Kardashian happily enjoying a burrito or lugging Taco Bell onto a plane.

But the mystery remains -- who did bring the odoriferous burrito on the LAX flight that was so putrid that people hallucinated seeing reality star Kim Kardashian?

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - An Attleboro businessman thought he hit the jackpot, his company's 401k plan doubled in value in just months.

Not only had his 401k doubled in size, so did the amount of employees he supposedly had working for him. The company he hired to handle his payroll and 401k plan, had somehow sent him information he should never have seen.

Dominick Deluca hired a large payroll company to help handle payroll.

"I'm good at selling, I'm good at managing my company, I'm not good a payroll and 401ks so I needed a company that can incorporate both," said Deluca.

Dominick's noticed a stunning change in his company's 401k account.

"I went in and the first thing I noticed was I had twice the amount of money I was supposed to have," said Deluca.

Dominick's company's 401k account for 3 employees doubled in value to a whopping $576,000. Not only that, the payroll company had also added employees to his account!

"I drilled down, and I noticed I had 21 employees, and I thought I don't have 21 employees."

Not only did he have their names, he also had access to their personal information, including social security numbers.

"It was outrageous! The first thing you think about is what about my social security number? Is it safe?"

Dominick said he immediately contacted the payroll service company.

He expected the company would immediately remove the names and social security numbers from his account, but they didn't.
Eyewitness News contacted the payroll service and left a detailed message.

Hours later, Dominick got a call from the company. He was told a computer glitch somehow added his company to a closed account that still had a list of names and social security numbers.
They have since been removed. So, what are the repercussions of this?

"For that data to be wrong, I'm concerned with tax liabilities because that's all non taxable income and a mistake like that could cost me thousands in legal fees later on just to rectify it!"

Upon arriving in New Zealand, the 16-year-old pop sensation's hat was stolen, and his mother was knocked down by a crowd of about 500 that was waiting for him at the airport, according to The teen ended up issuing an appeal to the masses via Twitter, requesting that they take their adoration down a notch.

Since the incident at the New Zealand airport, however, Bieber appears to be in better spirits. He’s gotten his hat back - "no hugs. no thanks u's. just glad they did the right thing. I dont condone thievery," he wrote on Twitter - and has called his stop down under “a great success.”

Fake anti-virus software that infect PCs with malicious code are a growing threat, according to a study by Google.

Its analysis of 240m web pages over 13 months showed that fake anti-virus programs accounted for 15% of all malicious software.

Scammers trick people into downloading programs by convincing them that their PC is infected with a virus.

Once installed, the software may steal data or force people to make a payment to register the fake product.

"Surprisingly, many users fall victim to these attacks and pay to register the fake [anti-virus software]," the study said.

"To add insult to injury, fake anti-viruses often are bundled with other malware, which remains on a victim's computer regardless of whether a payment is made."

'Be suspicious'

The study, which was presented at the Usenix Workshop on Large-Scale Exploits and Emergent Threats in California, analysed websites between January 2009 and February 2010.

It discovered more than 11,000 web domains involved in its distribution of fake anti-virus.

More than half of the fake software - which predomianntly targets Windows machines - was delivered via adverts, Google said.

Graham Cluley of security firm Sophos, who was not involved in the study, said that one of the key ways that hackers spread fake anti-virus was so-called black hat search engine optimisation techniques.

"The hackers track trending news stories - such as the death of Michael Jackson," he said.

"They then create websites stuffed with content, which in many cases can appear on the first page of search results."

Anyone clicking on the link, he said, would be confronted with a pop-up with a link to fake anti-virus software.

Google uses tools to filter out booby-trapped websites, but the firm said that hackers were managing to avoid detection by moving between domains quickly.

Mr Cluley said that people should be familiar with their own anti-virus software and should "always be suspicious" if they were confronted with a pop-up telling them you need to download something extra or spend money to clean up a computer.

"If you already have anti-virus installed you shouldn't need to do that," he said.

Jessica Simpson stopped by the set of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Tuesday night to chat with Jay Leno about some interesting topics, including her addiction to Nicorette gum.

"The first time I ever chewed a piece of Nicorette gum one of my close friends' mother gave it to me," she said. "I think she thought she was giving me a piece of regular gum. "My teeth are so white and I don't like them to feel too slippery, but I do use Listerine and I do floss every day," she said. "But, I don't brush them every day. I'll use a shirt or something. I know it's gross but I always have fresh breath. It's really weird, but I have great breath."

Since you were very young when you started out in the business, have you kinda gotten over the appeal of the groupies and the models?

I was exposed to a lot of things at an early age. There’s always moments where I don’t feel like being with a chick, because I know I’m going to be a laughingstock if I try to get too serious with her. There’s probably another rapper or ballplayer she’s kickin’ it with. So, I do get tired of it, but some days I might just want to get a couple of girls around and we’re all just kickin’ it with no strings attached and no feelings. Sometimes you want to have girls around for that. So I’m half and half with it. Some days I don’t want to be bothered with [groupies], and some days I want some fun girls around.

You mentioned earlier that you wouldn’t want to date a girl who’s kickin’ it with another ballplayer or rapper. Why do you think there’s still such a double standard between men and women?

A woman is supposed to be pure. That’s what makes a woman a woman. A woman is supposed to cherish her body. Guys are like, we’re the dog. We’re the inner beast; the lion. I’m not saying it’s cool, but there’s a difference between men and women. It’s been that way forever. A woman is supposed to be pure and respect her body. As guys, we’re dogs. Dogs are messy and dirty. Dogs sniff themselves. That’s just what dogs do. I guess it’s a stereotype that we’ll never be able to get away from. There are some things that women can get away with that guys can’t get away with. So I think there will always be a double standard.

Noah’s Ark Found Again? Ancient Biblical Boat Could Have Been Found. Noah’s Ark was first mentioned in the Old Testament of the Bible. Noah built an ark because God told him that it was going to rain for 40 days and 40 nights and the only way to survive would be to build the ark.

Religious skeptics claim that the ark never really existed. Therefore, to say that the ruins of the ark have been found would be to them somewhat of a tabloid tale.

Those following the Christian or Jewish faiths look at the discovery of the ark as something to rejoice about. Tangible proof of their beliefs have always been well appreciated.

So has Noah’s ark been found? Actually, the Biblical boat (or actually, more like a ship) has been claimed to have been found several times during history, and now the claims made by Turkish and Chinese explorers are only the latest claims.

As always, the scientific world is skeptical of any find. After all, you would have to carbon-date the find and then get a concrete date on when Noah’s ark had its journey. In addition, you would also have to believe that the ark actually existed, which not all people do.

The jury is still out over whether or not Noah’s Ark has been found. However, it makes for an interesting story.

The famous Hollywood sign has been saved from being spoiled by property development by a last-minute donation from Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner.

The soft-porn magnate gave $900,000 (£580,000) to the fund which was set up to stop the site being developed.

The sign is owned by the city, but the property around it belongs to a group of Chicago-based investors.

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger described the news as "the Hollywood ending we hoped for".

Governor Schwarzenegger said Mr Hugh Hefner's donation and a $500,000 matching grant brought to an end a $12.5m fund-raising campaign.

The only man to have admitted his role in the killing of controversial US black leader Malcolm X has been released from prison on parole.

Thomas Hagan, 69, was released from a New York jail 45 years after the assassination, officials confirmed.

Hagan said he was one of three men who shot Malcolm X as he began a speech at Harlem's Audubon Ballroom in 1965.

But he has insisted that the two men who were convicted with him were not involved.

They maintained their innocence and were paroled in the 1980s.

Hagan's release was announced by the New York State Department of Correctional Services on Tuesday.

Spokeswoman Linda Foglia said he was scheduled for release on Wednesday but the date was moved forward because the paperwork had been completed.

Hagan, who has repeatedly expressed regret for his actions, applied for parole 16 times before a board approved his request last month.

He had been allowed to spend five nights a week at his Brooklyn home on a work- release program for the past 22 years.

In the 1960s, Hagan was a member of the militant Nation of Islam movement, in which Malcolm X was a major figure for some time.

Malcolm X rose to fame for his firebrand speeches in which he espoused black rights and denounced white people.

However, towards the end of his life he appeared to be taking a more conciliatory approach which made him enemies within the Nation of Islam.

International artist Akon has filed a lawsuit against his former business partners accusing them of using his name for a new perfume without his permission.

The Grammy nominee and Konvict Muzik CEO was reportedly in talks to develop his own scent, but according to recently filed court documents, Akon was met with a huge surprise when he found out perfume executives formed Konvict Cosmetics International and started selling a scent called Konvict without his prior approval!

So now, the Senegalese-American entertainer is demanding the company halt further production of the illegitimate fragrance. Representatives from the unauthorized company Konvict Cosmetics so far haven’t responded to requests for comment.

Courtney Love appeared on The Howard Stern Show today to promote her new album. Courtney was in her usual “crackish” form.
