A male South Florida high school student who ran for prom queen in drag has been suspended from the dance because of a parking violation.

Flanagan High School's principal had two meetings with senior Oscar Bonilla because administrators were concerned about his safety if he wore a dress to prom. Officials say that when he came to the second meeting, Bonilla parked in a visitor space and ignored orders to move.

Broward schools spokeswoman Nadine Drew says Bonilla was suspended for two days for the parking problem, which kept him from attending Friday's dance.

Bonilla says he was running late and didn't hear a security guard tell him to move his car.

The student, who finished second in voting for prom queen, says he was trying to encourage closeted students to abandon their fears and be themselves.

About a year ago, some tabloids published bikini photographs of Kim that were far from flattering. “Yeah, it bothered me initially, but I told myself that everyone, especially women with curves, has issues just like mine,” she says. “But it did motivate me to finally drop those last 10 pounds.” Besides stepping up her exercise routine, she made some major changes to her diet, like having a hearty breakfast. She’s also eliminated old favorites, like cheese-smothered enchiladas and cheeseburgers with onion rings. “I wouldn’t dare eat like that now,” she says. “These days I prefer salads with grilled chicken or turkey burgers without the bun.”

Mariah Carey and The Dream are being accused of theft!

A lawsuit was recently filed against the singers and record label Island Def Jam for copyright infringement over the single “My Love,” a duet from The-Dream’s last album Love vs. Money. According to Bay Area producers Preston Marshall and Demario Driver, The Dream and Mariah’s song sounds a lot like their song “Are You the One.”

“I sent the song to (Huffman) via email. I never heard back from him. (After hearing the song on The-Dream’s album) I was hurt because you put a lot of time and effort into this. You know, music is my life. I feed my family this way.”

The gentlemen are now seeking $450,000 in damages for copyright infringement, international interference with economic advancement and fraud. Neither Mariah, The-Dream nor Island Def Jam have spoken on these accusations yet.

Kendra Wilkinson may not be the only female celebrity starring in an upcoming porn film.

According to various sources from around the way, rapper Nicki Minaj might have a sex tape of her own coming out! The tape supposedly features Nicki in her younger days and is selling for $100,000.

The Young Money artist is well known for her sexually explicit lyrics and her strong attraction to females. So it’s true, that sure would be a sight to see! Wouldn’t it?

Just when we thought rocker Bret Michaels was on the road to a speedy recovery after appearing on The Oprah Winfrey Show and setting dates for upcoming concerts, a whole new dilemma faces the reality TV star.

Michaels was sent back to the hospital today (Thurs. May 20) due to a small “warning” stroke that eventually led doctors to find out he has a hole in his heart!

Now, you may remember Bret having his own VH1 show to help mend his lonely heart, but it’s looking like things have gotten a bit more serious.

According to the rocker’s neurosurgeon Dr. Joseph Zabramski, Bret’s condition is not a matter to play with, but it’s treatable.

“There is no doubt that the positive Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) is devastating news to Bret and his family. The good news is that it is operable and treatable.”

The overnight condition comes not too long after Michaels was hospitalized for a brain hemorrhage, which was also preceded by Michaels having to undergo an emergency appendectomy back in April. However this, like any other illness isn’t going to keep Bret down. Bret is reportedly eager to check out of the hospital, but the rocker is not ready just yet for his departure, even though he’s set to compete on the finale of “Celebrity Apprentice” in a few days.

Zabramski says that he’s well aware Michaels planned on attending the New York City finale and even getting back on the road to play concerts in the near future, but now adds: “Bret’s brain and body are not quite 100% yet, especially with the hole found in his heart. Further tests will be conducted throughout the week and I will have more information next week as to how this Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) will be treated. For now, Bret will be treated with outpatient care which includes a daily injection of Lovenox (a blood thinner to reduce the chance of blood clots) and blood tests.” Still, Zabramski says “it is highly unlikely this is connected to the brain hemorrhage he suffered just a few weeks earlier.”

Bret’s rep Jann Elias also had a few words to say on behalf of his condition and sudden trip to the hospital:

“He’s in good spirits, great medical hands and is positive and hopeful that everything is going to be okay. He is up, walking, talking, continuing his daily rehab and very happy to be alive but he has made it clear he is sick and tired of being in the hospital and is ready to rock again.”

What is going on with Bret Michaels? First, his appendix. Then his brain. And now his heart!

R&B singer Usher and his young protege Justin Bieber team up for a dope remix to Bieber’s latest single “Somebody to Love!”

The video for the track, taken from the 16-year-old Pop singer’s highly successful sophomore album My World 2.0, was shot last week and Usher tweeted a pic of him and JB on the set (above). It’s unknown if they’ll use the remix or the original version of the song for the video, so we’ll just have to wait and see.
