Faith Evans Gets 36 Months Of Probation From DUI Case

Faith Evans has struck a deal in her DUI case. The singer entered a no contest plea and was handed a 36 month probation period in return. Evans was stopped and arrested in Los Angeles this past August for suspicion of driving under the influence. She must attend a 3 month alcohol program, pay a $300 fine, and is prohibited from driving with alcohol in her system.

Alicia Keys, Usher sign off Twitter and Facebook for Keep A Child Alive charity

Alicia Keys and Usher have agreed to go offline on Wednesday, which is World AIDS Day, to raise awareness for Keep A Child Alive, a charity by Digital Life Sacrifice.

The participating celebrities include Lady Gaga, Serena Williams, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Hudson, Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Janelle Monae, and others. They have all joined forces to silence their social networks until $1 million is raised for the charity. The celebrities have all filmed their “last tweet and testament” videos and will appear in ads showing them lying in coffins, representing their “digital deaths.”

“This is such a direct and instantly emotional way and a little sarcastic, you know, of a way to get people to pay attention,” said Keys, who has more than 2.6 million followers on Twitter.

The foundation, which began in 2003, will accept donations through text messages and bar-code technology, which is featured in the charity’s Buy Life campaign. Raised efforts support families affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India.

Chad Ochocinco Gets Naked For PETA Anti-Fur Ad

Chad Ochocinco recently posed nude for PETA’s ‘Ink, Not Mink’ campaign.

The self-proclaimed “avid animal lover” posed to protest the fur industry and prove that he’d rather show off his tattoo ink than wear than wear mink. He covers his privates with only a football.

Chad explained to PETA:

“To tell you the truth, when I was younger growing up, I thought it was all fake. They didn’t really kill animals.”

However, when he found out that animals were killed for their skins, he agreed to be part of the campaign.

He also claims that he hasn’t taken his kids to the circus because of the way animals are tortured when being trained.

IRS Files Tax Lien Against Kelly Rowland

Kelly Rowland is the latest celebrity to be hit with a tax lien by the IRS! The Detroit News is reporting the IRS filed a $98,634 lien against the ex-Destiny’s Child singer on Nov. 8 with the New York City Register.

Rowland, 29, rose to fame in the girl group, which broke through with the 1999 hit tune “Bills, Bills, Bills.” After the group broke up, she released a few solo albums and maintains an acting career that included portraying Motown legend (and ex-Detroit Councilwoman/tax delinquent) Martha Reeves in a 2003 episode of the TV show “American Dreams.”

Texans Literally Fight To Victory!

The Texans snapped a four-game losing streak with a 20-0 win over the Tennessee Titans at Reliant Stadium.
The shutout marked the first by the Texans since 2004.
The Texans (5-6) and the Titans (5-6) now share last place in the AFC South.
The game remained scoreless until quarterback Matt Schaub hit tight end Joel Dreessen for a 1-yard touchdown with 12:47 remaining in the second quarter.
Schaub threw another touchdown in the quarter, connecting with receiver Andre Johnson for a 2-yard score.
Johnson set an NFL record against the Titans as he recorded his 60th reception of the season, making him the first player with at least 60 catches in each of his first eight seasons.
Johnson finished with 56 yards on nine catches. Johnson’s day ended early as he and Titans cornerback Cortland Finnegan were ejected for a fourth-quarter fight.
Arian Foster again eclipsed the 100-yard rushing mark, finishing with 143 yards on 30 carries.
Derrick Ward added 47 yards on seven attempts.
The Titans struggled with the run and the pass.
Rusty Smith, a rookie selected in the sixth round out of Florida Atlantic, started at quarterback for the Titans. He completed 17 of 30 attempts for 138 yards and three interceptions, all three by Glover Quin.
Schaub finished with 178 yards on 25 of 35 passing for two touchdowns and no interceptions.
The Texans held running back Chris Johnson in check, limiting him to five yards on seven attempts.

Update: Fantasia Admits To Abortion During Divorce Trial Of Ex-Lover

As we told you a few days ago, Fantasia admitted in court that she had aborted her love child with Antwuan Cook. Now we have audio of her admission. Hear the confession below.

On Monday, Fantasia confessed during the divorce proceedings of Antwaun Cook and his soon-to-be his ex-wife Paula that she aborted a child conceived during their affair.

According to RadarOnline,

"...Fantasia is questioned by a lawyer for Paula Cook. Fantasia is a reluctant witness. At first she discusses a letter she wrote to Antwaun about wanting to have his baby. Then she is pinned down by the opposing lawyer who gets her to confess to the abortion in dramatic testimony."

Fantasia admitted to having an abortion sometime around August, which is around the time she was admitted to the hospital for a failed suicide attempt.

Here's part of the transcript:

Lawyer: "See if you recognize this as being a letter you wrote to Mr. Cook on May 10th 2010" (inaudible)

(inaudible) Fantasia reads the letter to the court. "I want you. I pray every night that I can be in your life forever, be your friend, lover, prayer partner, wife and MOTHER OF YOUR CHILDREN. As long as I can have you I will be the happiest girl in the world." (inaudible)

Lawyer: "Ms Barrino, when you wrote this letter, you said you wanted to be the mother of his children, is this right?"Fantasia: "Uh huh."

Lawyer: "Were you pregnant with his child when you wrote this letter?"Fantasia: "No, no."

Lawyer: "Is it true at one point you told him you had an abortion?"Fantasia's Lawyer: Objection!
(ARGUMENTS BETWEEN LAWYERS)

Lawyer: "Ms Barrino, isn't it true that you told Mr. Cook that you had aborted his child?"Fantasia: "When I wrote this letter I was speaking in future references. Like, one day, I would love to be all of these things that I wrote. I was not pregnant with his child."

Lawyer: "But did you tell Mr. Cook you aborted his child?"Fantasia: "I did, yeah."

Lawyer: "When did you tell Mr. Cook you had aborted his child?Fantasia: "I'm not sure."

Lawyer: "When did you abort his child?"Fantasia: "It hasn't been too long ago."

Lawyer: "What's not too long ago?Fantasia: "I'm not sure."

Lawyer: "I'm sorry?"Fantasia: "I'm not sure. Probably when all this other stuff was happening."

Lawyer: "Is it your testimony that this summer?"Fantasia: "I'm not really sure."

Lawyer: "How close in proximity was it to Mr. Cook leaving? In June 2010."Fantasia: "It was right after he left his home."

Lawyer: "Mrs. Cook contends that she separated from Mr. Cook in June 16th 2010. How close in proximity to her date of separation did you contend that you aborted his child?"Fantasia: "I'm not sure. Probably August when the other stuff happened."

Willow Smith Wears Designer Knock-Off At AMA’s, Stylist Speaks Out!

Willow Smith is in trouble over the outfit she wore the to the American Music Awards this past weekend.

Turns out the yellow custom made, one-shoulder harness she wore is actually a Mother of London knock-off.

Everyone assumed that Willow’s stylist Mariel Haenn is at fault, including Mother of London designer Mildred von Hildegard.

Hildegard said,

“I’m disappointed and saddened that this will negatively impact my business. My original design is now recognized in the mass media as someone else’s work, and it’s very hurtful on both a personal and professional levels. I hope this can be resolved, and I wish nothing but the best to Willow.”

Haenn later Tweeted,

“Just an fyi, we only dressed Rihanna last nite. I don’t like when people try to credit me for work that’s not mine.”

She then emailed COILHOUSE Magazine:

“To be honest I have no idea who ’styled’ her or the designer. Wish I did. I don’t ask my clients who they used when I’m not available.”

Willow Smith is way too young to be involved in this drama. Whoever did give her the outfit just needs to apologize.

If you’re unsure about which category your skin falls into, paint a tomato red on one hand, and a cherry red on the other. If the tomato red is more flattering, you’re a yellow tone. If the cherry red is more flattering, you’re a blue tone.

Kanye In Talks To Have His Own Cologne, Clothing Company

Kanye West is expanding his business ventures beyond his music and in talks to release cologne and his own clothing line.

The G.O.O.D. Music Head recently acquired ten Fatburger restaurants through his KW Foods LLC and now is looking to move into fragrances.

The rapper is partnering with bosses at fragrance manufacturer Parlux to produce his own cologne, expected to hit stores next year.

He is also said to be partnering with designers at French fashion house Lanvin to create high-end clothing.

His manager Gee Roberson tells TheDailyBeast.com,

“It’s safe to say that we’ll be doing more strategic partnerships in areas like fashion and design. Music is the foundation for everything Kanye does, but he doesn’t want to be defined only as a musician. He’s really a designer. He designs his sounds, his raps, all aspects of his tour. He wants to do deals where he can have his fingerprints on the product.”

Kanye’s latest album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy hit stores Monday to rave reviews.

Nick Cannon Talks Going Broke At 19, Says Will Smith Tried To Help Him

Actor, comedian, and husband to Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon is speaking on the lessons he’s learned on money management.

The new radio host and media company owner says he earned over a million dollars at a young age and went broke before the age of 19.
He tells the Wall Street Journal,

“I became a millionaire and went broke all before the age of 19. I spent it right away and did a lot of frivolous, unintelligent things with the money. I bought jewelry and Range Rovers… instead of buying property I was leasing the most expensive property, and then you turn around and you owe the government 44% of what you made and you don’t understand that, even when people you tell that.”

According to Cannon, one of his friends and mentors, Will Smith, tried to warn him about the dangers of frivolous spending but he opted not to listen.

“One of those who was a mentor to me at that young age and opened a lot of doors was Will Smith. I remember when I was going to buy the Range Rover he said, ‘Man, don’t go buy that, you don’t need that.’

“He was someone who made $1 million and lost it at a young age, so you got to pay attention to the people who came before you.”

He also offers advice to fans who might find themselves in a similar situation,
“I would encourage people who do get a little bit of money to save it and invest it and hold on to it. And make sure you pay your taxes.”

Another Woman Claims Tony Parker Was Sexting Her

Not only did Tony Parker emotionally cheat on his wife Eva Longoria with the wife of a Spurs’ teammate, he may have sexted another woman. A 19-year-old British model has come forward claiming that the NBA star constantly sexted her, including sending half-naked pictures of himself.

Sophia Egeler says that the two met at an Ultimate Fighting show at the O2 Area in London and Parker immediately began pursuing her. She says:

Jay-Z Admits to Shooting His Brother When He Was 12

Jay-Z admits he shot his older brother Eric when he was 12 years old, while he grew up in a Brooklyn housing project ravaged by violence.

The rap superstar and business mogul spoke about the incident for the first time in The Guardian’s weekend magazine, admitting he opened fire on his brother after he stole a ring from Hova to feed his drug habit.

“I thought my life was over,” he said. “I thought I’d go to jail forever. It was terrible. I was a boy, a child. I was terrified.”

However, Jay-Z was never prosecuted over the incident, as his brother did not press charges. In fact, Eric even apologized for his crack addition when Jay visited him in the hospital.

Wesley Snipes ordered to surrender in tax case

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — A federal judge ordered actor Wesley Snipes to surrender to authorities Friday so he can begin serving a three-year prison sentence for tax-related crimes.

U.S. District Court Judge William Terrell Hodges in Ocala, Fla., rejected a request from the actor’s attorneys to review Snipes’ sentence and grant a new trial. Snipes has been free on bond for more than two years while appealing.

DMX Arrested For Violating Probation

DMX has been arrested yet again. This time, the troubled rapper was arrested in Arizona for failing to check in with his probation officer, using illegal drugs and medication without a prescription, driving with a suspended license, and refusing to submit to drug testing. DMX is currently being held without bail until next Wednesday, when there will be a probation revocation hearing.

It’s hard to imagine, but Willow Smith has twice the charisma of her superstar parents, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. At just 10 years old, she has already scored a hit single—”Whip My Hair,” which bumps as hard as anything by Beyoncé—and a contract with Jay-Z‘s powerhouse Roc Nation. “I like the way Billy Idol sings,” she says about her musical influences.

“Mommy turned me on to him. And I like Lady Gaga‘s songs.”

One-on-one, Willow is more articulate than many adults; what’s more amazing is that she comes off as a normal kid who’s just following her interests. “I can’t do whatever I want,” she explains. “Mommy has to say it’s okay.” Although she is “focusing on music right now,” it seems a given that Willow will eventually end up on the big screen; her brother Jaden became a celebrity in his own right after taking the lead role in the recent Karate Kid remake. “Mommy and Daddy inspired me to be a performer,” Willow says. “I get my flow from Daddy, my singing ability from Mommy, and the camera stuff from both. That’s just what happens when you hang out with the Smiths!”
