Faith Evans has struck a deal in her DUI case. The singer entered a no contest plea and was handed a 36 month probation period in return. Evans was stopped and arrested in Los Angeles this past August for suspicion of driving under the influence. She must attend a 3 month alcohol program, pay a $300 fine, and is prohibited from driving with alcohol in her system.
