Kanye West lit up the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards stage as he performed his apologetic ode “Runaway” to his fans and haters. In Kanye fashion, he sported his infrared Suit and his Louis Vuitton Don sneakers ($845) in red which served as the perfect color choice for the majority white backdrop.
