Janet Jackson’s relationship with her new billionaire boyfriend, Wissam Al Mana, is heating up. The couple have been making the rounds all over the globe.

According to the NY Post, they were spotted Tuesday dining at Rabbit in the Moon on West Eighth Street.

“Janet was glowing. They had a corner table and were very cuddly. They seemed very much in love,” a spy said. “Wissam picked up the check, and when asked if they’d be back next week, they said they were flying to Paris for Fashion Week.”

The couple hasn’t been spotted twice by paparazzi in the same country yet.
