It's shaping up into a classic case of "she said, she said."

Celebrity photographer Indrani told the New York Post that she and wild child Lindsay Lohan were an item.

The paper cited sources saying the two had been on a several dates and that Indrani had spent the night at Lohan's hotel.

It also talked to Indrani.

"We have been spending a lot of time together. I have never had a relationship with a woman before, but Lindsay is just somebody who I find fascinating, gorgeous and extremely smart, as well as super-hot," Indrani told the paper

Her photography partner, Markus Klinko, concurred, saying "I've seen them on dates, I have seen them making out."

Not so fast, says Lindsay.

When asked about the alleged affair by Us Weekly, Lindsay emphatically denied the relationship.

"No, no, no... In NO way am I dating her," Lohan said.
